We had a plumbing "disaster" on a recent Saturday evening. Port Plumbing was recommended by a friend. Port Plumbing responded immediately with appropriate emergency advice. They were on the job super early on Monday, communicated with us throughout, repaired several issues, and sent photos of the job when complete. Water heater was not working. Had guests checking in the same day. Called Port Plumbing Co. They were out there the same day and resolved the issue. Also assisted with upgrading my gas meter to avoid the issue in the future. I will continue to use them if any plumbing issues arise. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone else!!!! Very happy with this local company. Port Plumbing was very professional and thorough. They did what they needed to do and identified some other potential problems but knocked it out while there. Preventative maintenance! I’ve used other companies in the past but they have come and gone on the island. This one has a long history and it’s obvious why.
